Contact Form Policy


1 General

1.1 This contact forms policy (the ”Policy”) applies when you submit information to Tink AB, reg. no. 556898-2192, Vasagatan 11, 111 20 Stockholm, Sweden, e-mail: (”Tink”), via contact forms at Tink’s websites, Tink’s social media accounts and similar third party services (the ”Forms”).

1.2 By filling out and submitting your contact details and other information via the Forms, you agree to and accept that Tink collects and processes your personal data in accordance with this Policy.

1.3 You may at any time withdraw your acceptance by notifying Tink thereof, by the contact details in section 1.1. Tink
will then delete or anonymize information that is referable to you, however, excluding such information that Tink is required by law to retain, if any.

2 Which data does Tink process about you?

2.1 Tink collects and processes your personal data when you submit information in Forms, such as name, email address, and other information that you may provide by such Forms. Tink also collects information by use of own or third party cookies and other follow-up tools, see section 7, below.

2.2 Your personal data is kept by Tink only for such time periods as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the data was collected. However, Tink may retain the data for a longer period of time if required by law or if needed to protect Tink’s legal interests, e.g. in the event of an ongoing legal proceeding.

3 Why does Tink process your personal data?

3.1 Tink processes your personal data for several purposes. The main purpose of Tink’s processing of personal data concerns providing the information that you have asked for when filling out the relevant Form. The data may also serve as material for marketing and customer
analyses, market research, statistics, follow-up of business operations and business and methods development.

3.2 Tink also processes your personal data in order to improve and customize the provision of personal offers and service. Personal data and positioning data may, e.g. be processed and cross- checked, be segmented and analyzed to by means of direct marketing provide information, offers or recommendations of goods and services provided by Tink or Tink’s collaboration partners.

3.3 If you do not want Tink to process your personal data for direct marketing, you may notify Tink thereof in writing. Our contact details are provided under section 1.1, above.

4 Third Parties

4.1 Tink may provide or otherwise make available information relating to you to Tink’s collaboration partners and companies that process personal data on behalf of Tink, such as our IT- suppliers or suppliers in Tink’s marketing network. However, Tink will always be responsible for the correct processing of your personal data. The information provided by Tink to advertisers in Tink’s marketing network will only be provided for marketing purposes.

4.2 Tink may also disclose personal data if required under applicable law or a decision of a competent authority, to protect Tink’s legal interests or to detect, prevent or observe fraudulent behaviors and other security or technical issues.

4.3 Your personal data may be transferred to or stored in countries outside of the EU/EEA. By submitting information via the Forms, you agree to your personal data being transferred and stored outside of the EU/EEA.

5 Changes to the Policy

Tink has the right to, at any time, change this Policy. Tink shall notify upcoming changes to the Policy via its website with reasonable advance notice. If you do not accept the changed terms, you have the right to notify Tink that you are not permitting any further processing of your personal data prior to the changed Policy enters into force. 6 Data security

We aim to ensure that you at all times remain confident in trusting Tink with your personal data. In this respect, Tink has implemented such security measures necessary to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, modification and deletion.

7 Cookies

The services provided via Tink’s websites use cookies and other techniques (hereinafter ”cookies”) in order to function properly. Cookies are used for Tink to keep statistics of the number of visits and to enable enhancements of the user experience. If you do not agree to the use of cookies, you may configure your web browser not to accept cookies. If you choose to set your web browser not to accept cookies, Tink can, however, unfortunately not guarantee that the websites will function properly. 8 Contact details etc.

8.1 Tink is the data controller and is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation. You are entitled to, once per year, after written request thereof, receive an excerpt of which of your personal data that Tink has registered. You are entitled to receive this information free of charge. Further, you are entitled to, at any time, request that we either correct, block or delete
inaccurate personal data. Tink will at your request or at its own initiative correct data that is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
